SANCTUARY SANTA ROSA DE LIMA Pelequén
The sanctuary in this place for over a hundred years. After the war against the Confederacy Peru-Bolivian Chilean officer for domestic service brought a "cholito" of Peru. Walking to his domain, near Nancagua, remained mired near the hamlet called Pelequén. In such a situation aided Dona Maria Teran, whose home was host to the "cholito" because he suffered from typhoid fever and was unable to continue travel. San Expedito is contemporary Santa Filomena, and his martyrdom took place on April 19th of year 303.
